TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Identity Verification: As per government regulations, all guests (including accompanying guests) must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.

2. Tariffs and Billing

• All room rates mentioned are for a single night stay.
• Taxes: The listed tariffs are subject to change without prior notice and are exclusive of taxes. Local Taxes (L.T.) will be applicable as per government norms.
• Extra Bed: An extra bed can be provided at an additional cost of ₹800/- per night.
• All major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and UPI payments are accepted.

3. Reservation and Cancellation

To secure a reservation, advance payment may be required. Cancellation policies vary depending on the package or rate selected at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms provided during the booking process. Group bookings and corporate tie-ups have separate cancellation conditions.

4. Guest Liabilities & Behavior

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property by themselves or their visitors. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of repairs or replacements.
• The hotel management reserves the Right of Admission. Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as couples if suitable ID proof is not provided.
• Hazardous goods, illegal items, or pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.

5. Hotel Amenities

We strive to ensure that all facilities (Wi-Fi, Power Backup, Elevator, A/C) are functional around the clock. However, the hotel will not be held liable for any temporary interruptions in service due to unforeseen circumstances or routine maintenance.
